TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
- I’m a small artist freelancer based on Thailand. English is not my first language, and I may use Google Translate or grammar checkers for communication. There might be some misunderstandings, so please be patient and clarify if needed.
- Feel free to DM me before ordering if you have any questions.
- Rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.PAYMENTS
- I will start working once get the payment.
- Please make payment within 3 days after I accept your order.REVISIONS
Minor revisions are free, but excessive revisions may incur additional charges.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- I usually complete the order within 1-2 months depending on my workload. Please check my working process sheet. Or feel free to ask me on social media for an update.
- Rush orders may be available with an extra fee.USE
- Base price only includes personal use.
- Commercial (2x price) : will be added to the price as default for VTuber, Novel commissions.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Do not pretend to be the creator of artwork. Please give credit to RinRin or @ABCDE_RinRin (for Twitter) as well.
- Commission artwork allows for editing, adaptation, and modification while still having the original work outline. (such as Adding more coloring or Adding background by yourself, etc.)
- If you hire someone else to edit or edit this work. Please inform me first.
- If there is resale or trading or any other cases that cause the usage rights of this image to be passed on to others. Please inform me first.
- You may not use my artwork for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes under any circumstancesREFUNDS
- I will provide a guaranteed finish date. If I am unable to complete the work on time, an automatic refund will be issued.
- Partial refunds may be considered depending on how much progress has been made.
- No refunds will be given once the final artwork is delivered.
